› Manufacture of our products for industrial, energy and environmental technology at the Gummersbach site
› Assembly of manifolds & collectors incl. bases, nipples, nozzles
› Pre-assembly of bundle heating surfaces with support elements and mounting parts
› Bends with the involvement of qualified subcontractors.
› Manufacturing services including heat pre- & post-treatment (if necessary), as well as inspections by internal QA or external acceptance companies.

Membrane wall production

› Production of membrane walls (tubular web pipe) in our own production facility
› Process tests are available for the following materials:

– P235GH
– 16Mo3
– 13CrMo4-5
– 10CrMo9-10

› All standard dimensions and pitches can be manufactured
› Production of complex pipe wall constructions according to customer requirements, incl. e.g. drive-on & burner bends
